The democratization of fashion continues apace, as Louis Vuitton brings its exclusive "Mon Monogram" personalization service to everyone with an Internet connection and a thousand dollars (give or take) for a handbag. Until this month, customization service was available in only a small group of its flagship stores. Mon Monogram puts custom stripes and the initials of your choice on a canvas monogram bag, either a Speedy handbag, a Keep All shoulder bag, or a Pegase rolling suitcase. The stripes and initials are applied to the canvas before it is sealed, and prices range from $940 to $4,070.
