WILLIAMSBURG— The Brooklyn Flea Record Fair is making its way back to East River State Park this weekend. The 9th annual event, taking place Saturday May 14th, will feature over 50 record labels, stores and collectors. Be sure to also stop by Smorgasburg, which happens to be right next door.
BUSHWICK— After that, head to Lot45 at 411 Troutman Street for the Bulletin pop-up market. Shop a great selection of home goods — from textiles to art prints — and jewelry, and grab a beer and snacks from their full bar. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday.
CHELSEA— Troy Surratt, founder of Suratt Beauty, will be at Barney's new downtown location to celebrate the launch of the Surratt Surreal Skin Foundation Wand. Head to the 101 Seventh Avenue flagship for a meet and greet from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and treat yourself to #SurrealSkin.
SOHO— Woolrich John Rich & Bros is commemorating a collaboration with Okajima that birthed the Prescott Reversible Kimono Parka. Head to their Soho shop, at 125 Wooster Street, this Thursday, May 12th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for sushi, sake, and to shop the collection of exclusive Japanese pottery from the Hill-Side.
