Is Anthropologie joining sister brand Urban Outfitters on lower Broadway? It certainly sounds like it, according to The Real Deal. The womenswear retailer is reportedly in talks to take more than 28,000 square feet at 195 Broadway, just steps away from where Urban Outfitters opened in the past year.
If this location does come to fruition, it'll be Anthropologie's sixth store in Manhattan. In the neighborhood, it's joining other major retailers like Gap and Zara—not to mention the hundreds of stores opening collectively at Brookfield Place and Westfield World Trade Center next year.
